These terms cover MagicPad on iPhone and MagicPad Server on Mac. Please read them before you use the apps.

Agreement

By downloading, installing, or using MagicPad or MagicPad Server, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the apps.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use MagicPad and MagicPad Server for your own devices.

You may not sell, rent, or redistribute the apps, reverse engineer them except where the law allows, or use them to harm others or break the law.

Free and Pro

Basic pointing — move, click, two-finger scroll, and right-click — stays free. MagicPad Pro unlocks system gestures such as Mission Control, Spaces, App Exposé, Show Desktop, and Applications.

Subscriptions and auto-renewal

MagicPad Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription purchased only in the iPhone app through Apple. This website cannot take payment.

  • Service name: MagicPad Pro
  • Monthly: $0.99 per month
  • Yearly: $9.99 per year
  • New subscriptions include a 7-day trial when offered in the app
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • The subscription renews automatically unless you turn it off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Manage or cancel anytime on iPhone: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions

MagicPad Server on Mac

MagicPad Server is free to download from magicpad.app. After install, macOS may ask you to allow Accessibility so the iPhone app can control the cursor. You need both the Mac app and the iPhone app, on the same Wi‑Fi, to use MagicPad.

The apps are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation on every device or network.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, MagicPad and its creators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the apps.
